Wacław Olszak Auditorium – the perfect space for conferences and academic events

Located within the IPPT PAN this modern 185 m² auditorium comfortably seats 158 guests in an amphitheater layout. Equipped with a high-quality Epson EB-PU1007W projector (WUXGA, 4K optimized), professional sound system, and acoustically treated stylish interiors, it provides an excellent environment for lectures, presentations, seminars, and expert meetings.

Ignacy Malecki Scientific Council Room
A spacious 97 m² conference room accommodating 58 people around conference tables. Fully equipped with a projector, screen, and an audio system featuring individual microphones, it is ideal for professional meetings, debates, and video conferences.

Seminar Rooms – 48 m² | 25 seats | 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors
Modern seminar rooms of 48 m² each, designed for up to 25 participants. Equipped with projectors, screens, and whiteboards, these rooms support lectures, seminars, and presentations. Flexible furniture arrangements allow for both lecture-style and workshop formats. Bright interiors and modern lighting create a focused and productive atmosphere.

Conference Room
An intimate 18 m² room designed for team meetings, discussions, and small presentations, seating up to 10 people. Features include a large conference table, projection screen, and multimedia projector. Natural light, adjustable with vertical blinds, ensures a comfortable working environment.
