An article presenting results of cooperation of P. Chudzinski, M. Berben, Xiaofeng Xu, N. Wakeham, B. Bernáth, C. Duffy, R. D. H. Hinlopen, Yu-Te Hsu, S. Wiedmann, P. Tinnemans, Rongying Jin, M. Greenblatt, N. E. Hussey was published in Science.

Scientists from the IPPT PAN have been ranked among the most influential 2% of researchers in the world, according to the adopted citation indexes of their publications.

Occasional meeting to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of the Institute was held on September 28, 2023. Celebration was opened by Institute Director, Prof. Tadeusz Burczyński, who welcomed the guests.

Dr Marcin Lewandowski and his research team have successfully commercialized ultrasound technology developed at the IPPT PAN. The project started in 2009-2015 as part of the POIG (Innovative Economy Operational Programme).

Among the laureates of this year's edition of the SONATA 18 (National Science Centre) competition in the field of exact and technical sciences Olga Urbanek-Świderska PhD.

We congratulate dr Piotr Chudziński on the successful completion of his habilitation at the IPPT PAN! The subject of the habilitation is perhaps best explained using a fragment of his summary of professional accomplishments.

Science Festival is one of the largest science events at IPPT PAN aimed at disseminating and popularizing science by presenting interesting and diverse research projects in lectures, workshops, demonstrations in laboratories.

Minister of Education and Science awarded another round of scholarships to outstanding young scientists. The awards have been conferred to young scientists who conduct high-quality innovative research.

IPPT PAN has announced the winners of 2022 Director’s Awards, which have been presented to IPPT PAN scientific employees. The laureates received 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree awards in three categories: Scientific Achievements, Didactic Achievements, Operational Achievements

The project results were promoted by dr Rami Faraj in June 2023 during the 4th International Fire Protection & Rescue Exhibition KIELCE IFRE-EXPO in Kielce, Poland.
