Our Institute is preparing for the Polish Materials Engineering Day at the IPPT PAN, which will take place on 17 March
It is with great pleasure to inform you that the scientific evaluation has confirmed the highest standards of IPPT PAN research. The new process carried out by the Committee of Scientific Units Evaluation was based on the 2017-2021 scientific units evaluation.
The President of the Republic of Poland has conferred the title of professor in science to dr hab. inż. Katarzyna Kowalczyk-Gajewska from the IPPT PAN.
The Polish Patent Office granted a new patent to IPPT PAN. Its authors work at the Department of Experimental Mechanics, IPPT PAN: prof. Z. L. Kowalewski, D. Kukla PhD, M. Wyszkowski Eng, A. Brodecki MSc, and M. Kopeć PhD.
The IPPT PAN has held its Scientific Council election for 2023-2026. The Council's first in-person meeting was held on 19th January, 2023.
The consortium consisting of IPPT PAN (LIDER), FlyFocus, ADT Group, Kestrel Aeronautics begins the project MAG-TRACK.

A new book by Tadeusz Burczyński, Maciej Pietrzyk, Wacław Kuś, Łukasz Madej, Adam Mrozek, Łukasz Rauch entitled “Multiscale Modelling and Optimisation of Materials and Structures” has been recently published by Wiley, 2022.
